He now hosts the popular podcast This is Powerful, where he shares stories of recovery and resilience with listeners around the globe. Stride Foundation - School Outreach Programme

The Stride Outreach Programme supports children who might be more susceptible and vulnerable to substance abuse. Stride goes into schools educating children and teachers on topics including peer pressure, and self-esteem whether evident in their personal, private or academic lives they are able to protect them from drug and substance misuse. Paul curates tailored assemblies and workshops offering children and young adults a safe environment where they can speak openly about their mental health challenges or concerns so that they can be addressed and prevented before they escalate. Paul believes that it is instrumental to offer support and resources not only to young people but extend this to their families too.
